We are an industrial company that operates in the production area and distribution of ready-mixed concrete.

Kobeton Lda., (Hereinafter referred to as Kobeton), collective person, n.º 541 736 0490 based in Estrada de Catete, km12, Rua da Moagem, Luanda, Angola is the entity responsible for the collection and processing of your personal data, for the purposes referred to in this privacy policy.

Kobeton undertakes to process your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act– Law 67/98, from October 26, and other legislation in force in this area, such as Law 41/2004 of August 18, as amended by Law 46/2012 of 29 August, on the protection of privacy with regard to personal data processing. The Personal Data Protection Act is about to be replaced by a European regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing personal data and the free movement of personal data, which shall enter into force on 25 May 2018.

Purpose of personal data collection
The collection of personal data by Kobeton has as its purpose the management of contractual relations, the provision of contracted services and information and marketing actions, in particular the sending of unsolicited communications for direct marketing purposes, namely through electronic mail, telephone calls , including SMS (short message services), with the aim of informing about campaigns, promotions, publicity and news about the products and services of Kobeton companies

The personal data collected is intended to be used by Kobeton for the purposes described above.

Unsolicited communications (marketing)
By accepting this Policy the holder of the personal data is authorizing Kobeton, prior and expressly, to send unsolicited communications for direct marketing purposes, namely through the use of automated electronic mail systems. However, the data subject may at any time – even at the time of collection – revoke such authorization without any costs or consequences. Kobeton, after having obtained from its customers, in the context of the sale of a service and / or product, and in accordance with the applicable legislation, their electronic contact details (email) and telephone, can use them for marketing purposes direct from its own products and / or services or the like to those transacted, provided that it guarantees to the customers in question, clearly and explicitly, the possibility to refuse, in a free and easy way, the use of such coordinates:

Data collection on closed networks
Kobeton, wherever possible, adopts data protection security mechanisms, and personal data circulates only in closed and secure networks, not by using data collection in open networks (such as the internet) which reduces risk of being seen and used by unauthorized third parties.However, Kobeton informs that no security system can guarantee absolute protection.
